Overall, the most notable advancements in AI are the development and release of GPT 3.5 and GPT 4. With intelligence sometimes seen as the foundation for human experience, it's perhaps no surprise that we'd try and recreate it artificially in scientific endeavors.Īnd today's AI systems might demonstrate some traits of human intelligence, including learning, problem-solving, perception, and even a limited spectrum of creativity and social intelligence. ![]() Some experts define intelligence as the ability to adapt, solve problems, plan, improvise in new situations, and learn new things. Tickets prices for greenville little theatre12/25/2023 ![]() Wonderful place to see great play productions. Outstanding acting, reasonable ticket or season ticket prices Have great shows with beautiful costumes and very good actors and actresses. I love the musicals but every show is superb! Very professional, talented, hardworking actors. Will keep an eye out for more plays that interest me as I will go again. Have only seen one play here but it was very good. I dont miss a show at GLT! Cute theatre with a retro look. Show was excellent, great set and costumes. Easy to find, free parking at the garage behind the theatre. We did not expect to enjoy ourselves the way we did. Fabulous! We all went because a family member was in the play. The season subscription is a very good value. There is always a good variety of shows for the season. The actors did a fantastic job in this musical. ![]() Very professional guys with great talent, we enjoyed the show so much that I would pay to see it again. Atmosphere is friendly and very good staff. This was a beautifully produced trip down memory lane that elicited smiles and tears. As a youngster, my mother took me to all of the musical productions that opened on Broadway. We have never been disappointed by a play or concert at Greenvilles Little Theater, and "Celebrate 90 Years" was another superb production. I recommend coming early and enjoy the entire area. THEN there are the other building around this place to explore and the fountain across the street too. We found the staff VERY accommodating and let us trade out tickets for handicap seating. Built on a six-acre campus, with an energetic mix of leading-edge architecture and historic preservation, the campus is at the hub of Greenville’s nationally-recognized downtown. Handicap accessible is not intuitive - so ask when you make reservations or pick up tickets. Peace Center has become the hub of cultural life in Upstate South Carolina. Wonderful theater with good parking, fine acoustics, and all seating seem close to the stage. You might want to look at the well kept scrapbooks that are at the office, or out and near there.Īnd if you volunteer here, you will be given many perks, such as free shows, etc. It was ANNIE and she had a real golden-lab dog. On a personal note, I saw my first play here at 13 years of age. Its a lovely building full of elegant spiral stairs that you never have to you if youd rather not. ![]() The restrooms are there on the right side of the room. You just need to go out one of the two side doors and go forward a few feet to the next glass entrance doors. Sitting on that row, you will have plenty of room for your legs to extend, or even for an electric wheelchair to park. There, you enter on the wide aisle that is level with the stage and the side door. Most parking is located behind the theatre, though some parallel parking is in front of the theatre and a few handicapped spaces are available on the left side of the building which is very close to the side door. You can enter through the side doors in order to miss the stairs. I am never disappointed!! The acting is SUPERB!!! The sets are great. ![]() You can find the ticket pricing information for each theater on the (wait for it) Ticket Prices page, which is found in the navigation when viewing showtimes and other information about each theater.īelow is a list of NCG locations, with direct links to that theater's Ticket Prices page.I have been enjoying performances here for many years. It's like night and day, and my friend did purchase his car brand new. My friend and I have done a fair bit of investigation.Īnd best of all, you wouldn't believe the difference in ratio changes between the stock fluid and the Redline. Thirdly, I hypothesize that most of the CVT failures are due to the fact that people never changed their fluid, or not on time, and in combination with very high fluid temperatures within the unit. Secondly, if they do pull samples, it will be primarily to check for contamination with conventional ATF, as I'm sure many people have inadvertently had their fluid changed improperly at a quick lube and had subsequent failure. So if it was green in the NS2 bottles, it certainly doesn't stay green for very long in the CVT in service. I guess you missed the part about the fluid being pitch black (worse than dirty engine oil). I highly doubt that they would be able to tell the difference. So if your friend experiences a failure under the newly extended 10/120,000 mile warranty, he's screwed. In the event of a CVT failure, Nissan will pull a fluid sample and analyze it to ensure that the NS-2 fluid was used. It also, most likely, has a chemical identifier. The NS-2 fluid has a green-ish tint to it. My friend only had 40,000 miles, and it was completely black. Nissan would never know the difference if you used a different fluid. ![]() Honestly, the colour of the Nissan NS2 fluid that came out of the CVT was pitch black. ![]() After a good drive, we checked the level according to the FSM procedure, and all was good. Its indentation, snippet execution and bracket matching simply work and don’t get in your way. VSCode feels super awesome for day to day coding and writing markdown blog posts. There’s a million little things that add up to a good or crappy experience. For example, does the auto-indenting and execution of snippets work naturally? How about dealing with split window panes and navigating code bases? To me “feel” is how the editor reacts to certain things. VSCode wins today and will certainly win in the future. VSCode looks very modern and you can customize every little nook and cranny of its UI. Plus, one of its biggest weaknesses is you can’t customize critical areas of its UI.įor example, you can’t even get the default sidebar to render on the right side of the editor. Sublime Text looks pretty decent but it’s starting to show its age. ![]() Of course VSCode uses more memory, so I guess in theory there’s more surface area for crashes to occur but I haven’t personally seen this happen.Īlso, I was running the stable version of Sublime Text and the Insiders version of VSCode. I’ve put in monster coding sessions (10+ hours) on both editors and didn’t notice any crashes or slowdowns over time. There’s not much to say in this category because I found both editors to be very dependable. On paper Sublime Text is faster but in practice for most every day web development tasks VSCode is absolutely fast enough where you won’t even be thinking about performance. For that I would typically filter it down and inspect it with grep, less and other Unix tools. I’m sure Sublime Text would smoke VSCode on very large files but honestly, I simply don’t edit huge 5mb+ files in my code editor. It’s something you can totally deal with – at least at the scale of my projects. I do run Windows 10 and the input delay when typing inside VSCode is not that much slower than typing in Notepad or an Explorer window so I would say that’s very good.ĬTRL+P searching is slightly slower in VSCode but it’s not slow enough where it’s annoying or getting in the way. The largest applications I work on tend to have hundreds of files and tens of thousands of lines of code and moving around files feels very good in both editors. However, once both applications are up and running I can’t say that VSCode is much slower than Sublime Text for the projects I work on. It starts up almost instantly and VSCode takes around a solid 1.5 seconds to start on an SSD with an i5 3.2GHz CPU. When it comes to using a code editor, there are a number of things you can judge it on such as performance, stability, looks, feel and its extensibility. To take an editor I’ve been using for many years and just throw in the garbage as if it were moldy pizza crust is a pretty big deal, but I switched because the pros out weighed the cons. To my surprise I uninstalled Sublime Text 3 after about 5 hours and have been happily using VSCode for the last month. With that said, it’s been about 8 months since I last tried VSCode so I thought I would try it out again. That means when something new or better comes along, I tend to have very little emotional attachments and jump ship. I’ve been using it for years for full time code development and writing.īut I would also consider myself to be a pragmatic programmer with very little brand loyalty.
